Can I removed a Promotion Code that has been applied to a transaction?

I added the wrong promotion code to a transaction. Any way I can remove it?

Hi Anna,

I’m afraid, there is no such way to remove/change the promotion code from a transaction.
However, you can go to Event Espresso > Registrations and Cancel their registrations, then manually add in new registrations for the same event.

Okay! Thanks for letting me know. 🙂
The person already paid using Stripe so I don’t want to lose that Stripe transaction.
