I have a medical form that I need them to download, fill in, and upload as part of registration. I am using the file add in to be able to upload the completed file but how do I put in the PDF right there so they can download it.
Also, if they go ahead and complete the registration and pay, can they go back and edit their registration to upload the file. This needs to be on this form and it needs to have a signature. I also want it to be in a secured directory since it contains minor health information.

Hi there,
The files add-on you mention was not developed by Event Espresso so we can not provide support for it, I’m assuming it is this add-on you are using:

You will need to contact the plugin author for support on that plugin.
However I can answer your question on how to download the PDF from the registration page. You can include a link within the question text of your file question to download the pdf, for example:
Download <a href="http://www.google.com/" target="_blank">this PDF</a> and upload here
Would obviously link you to google but you can swap out the link for a link to the PDF.
