Hi 🙂 ! I want to give the ability to the visitors to book for the event, not matters the day. During the booking, they have to give me different informations (lastname, firstname, function, phone, …). Is it possible to achieve that with one or more of your plugins ? If yes, could you explain it to me and tell me which plugin do I need ? Thanks a lot  ! |

Hello, That is pretty basic functionality that Event Espresso covers, but let me break it down for you.
You can either set up a single event that spans four days or four individual events one for each day, depending on whether you need to limit daily access or not.
First name, last name and email are required questions, and there is the possibility to add more custom questions as well.
They will receive an email by default. The ticket will require a separate add on plugin called Ticketing to create a great looking ticket. Ticketing also uses QR codes on the tickets which can be scanned via a mobile phone or tablet that runs iOS or Android (we have apps for both).
All data is stored in the database and we have an export to spreadsheet (CSV file) for events and attendees. Licence wise, you will either need the Developer licence as that includes all the add ons, or the Personal Or Business Licence with the Ticketing add on bought separately. If you dont require the sign in or a fancy looking ticket, you could not get the Ticketing add on and just add extra data to the users emails and tell them to print those out. In which case the Personal or Business licence is sufficient. It really depends on your needs. If you have more questions or need clarification please let me know. |

Thank you for your answer ! I’ve seen that the Ticketing Add-on is in the Business License too , right (https://eventespresso.com/pricing/) ? Cause Dev License is a little too expensive too me 😉 ! |

It appears that our sneaky Sales department have been changing things without telling me! Sorry about that. Yes that add on is now available in the business licence. |

Great ! I think you’ve convinced me 😉 ! What about the support time ? Here is GMT +1, what about you ? |

Hello, Support time is dependant upon the staff working at the time (we do take time off occasionally!) US office hours are covered and I’m on GMT+2. Weekends we are generally on a skeleton staff. Support is included in the licence (one year) and provided via the forums. We do have Priority Support tokens, these are not necessary but some users purchase them if they require “hands on” assistance such as making minor modifications to their sites in regards to Event Espresso, rather than just discussing the issues on here. Edit: I forgot to mention we aim to respond to normal support requests within 24-48 hours, normally much faster. |
