Hi, I use some shortcode to display names of all attendees.

Is there a way to also display the names of people on the wait list, preferably in the order in which they will be promoted?

For example, if we have 24 people on wait list, I want #1 in the list to be next promoted.

I think Ive asked before, but I can’t find the answer, sorry

I just noticed that this shows up in the forum multiple times – I have no idea why, sorry about that

Hi Allen,

Yes, this is possible, however, there’s a little more to it with your setup as your using a custom template (if you are still using it?).

I found your old thread on this, it’s here:

https://eventespresso.com/topic/can-i-display-the-wait-list-names-on-front-end/

Pretty much everything in that thread still applies and complicates things a little depending on how you want this out, so rather than going over the same issue here, can you review that thread and see if that works for you?

No apology needed, I don’t think that’s something you’ve done as we’ve seen that happen previously with the forum software.

I’ve created a ticket to investigate it further.
