I’ve set up my event with a deposit (as a ticket). That item is now paid in full. Can I send them an invoice with the remaining balance?
I’ve tried to go in and change the ticket amount (increased it) and it shows they have a remaining balance. When I send them an invoice it also shows that they owe money but they don’t have the option to pay.
Here are the screenshots. The problem is that on the email he receives, he doesn’t get a “pay here” or “complete purchase” link. It just shows that he owes more money but doesn’t give him anyway to pay it. I’ve included some screenshots.
Check if ‘Show payment options for “Pending Payments” on the Payment Overview page?’ is set to No?
If so change that to Yes, save the changes, then refresh the page shown in your final screenshot
Are you now shown payment options on that page?
