I need to add an additional admin user that can login and only see our event registrants and download CSV database of paid registrations and not neccessarily any of the theme setting or info.
Is this possible?
Event Espresso uses the users account capabilities to determine if the user has access, so you basically need a subscriber account that has all of the capabilities for Event Espresso.
Download that plugin, install it through Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add new -> Upload plugin and activate it.
It will add to ‘Roles’ to your site, Events Manager (has complete access to Event Espresso) and Event Organizer (has access only to events/registrations that user created)
Both of those roles are based on the default ‘subscriber’ role so they don’t have access to other sections of your WordPress admin, but do have access to EE.
So your can either create a new user account and assign the ‘Event Manager’ role to it, or assign that role to an existing user if you prefer.
