Im about to start planning a new single event and it’s a lot simpler than expected. Basically the payment method used will be direct Deposit or Send a Cheque. We just need the functionality for people to register, be sent an invoice and then for an admin to go in and be able to log if a person has paid via cheque or DD. (Simple tickbox will do). It’s a single event . . only 400 people. Ticketing would be nice of course etc. Would this be possible in EE?
Event Espresso can handle all of the above yes ๐ As an example here is a registration made on a test site, after locating the attendee in the attendee list for the event http://d.pr/i/zzfe
Clicking on the name brings up their registration details http://d.pr/i/B1ad
Clicking ‘View/Edit Payment’ allows you to edit the payment made by that attendee. http://d.pr/i/i4Ti
So on that final screen you can add the amount and transaction type.
Just to ensure we are on the same page, ‘Direct Deposit’ would be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)?
