I am trying to setup a registration for a Summer Camp. There will be 6 sessions, with each session lasting one week. Each session is priced differently. |

Hi there, In short, you only select questions for the ‘Primary Registrant’ in the event editor, so the top section here: https://monosnap.com/file/SbYGsxdaZwiWs4NzEmDA0v2DNWikX8 EE will then only request 1 set of questions regardless of how many tickets are selected. I assume you’ve created 6 Datetimes (1 for each session) and 6 Tickets (each only assigned to their related DateTime) for this? Can you link me to the event so I can take a look? |

I will try this and get back to you thanks! |

I thought I had everything setup correctly but a few issues. Here is the page in reference. https://ccnsct.org/ccns-summer-camp/ 1) I want to have the capability to select more than one event (in this case Week) for one person only. So if you look at the dropdown you see three options -0, 1, or 2. I have it set to 2. But if I set to one (see screenshot) then it does not give me a drop down of those choices, but instead gives me capability to only select one of the 7 weeks. We need it to be where someone can select multiple weeks and only register one person. 2) There will be a maximum of 20 tickets (or in this case, registrations) allowed for each of the Weeks (1-7). Week 1, 20 maximum slots avaialable. Week 2, 20 maximum slots available, etc. 3) If you notice in the screenshot where I have all the Evnet Datetimes and Available Tickets, its showing a couple reserved and Regs are taken. I did a test run through and selected those, but when in and canceled in the Registrations, but its still showing up. How do i get rid of that? |

Basically I want the dropdown to default to “0” and then have “1” as the only other option in dropown. |

You need to increase the ‘Maximum number of tickets allowed per order for this event’ to be the total number of tickets you want to allow a single person to purchase in one go, right now you have it set to 2 which means that a user can only select 2 tickets from that event in total. Let’s say you wanted the ability for a person to register onto all of the weeks, you’ll need that number to be at least 7 for 1 of each ticket, 14 for 2 of each ticket. So up that limit to whichever you prefer. Then click on the icon for each individual ticket and set the ‘Maximum Quantity’ field to either 1 or 2 depending on what you need. That setting tells the Qty field what the max number it should display is for the ticket you set. See: https://monosnap.com/file/KIyqcsbF9T5ULwVxiBvOyflCbtvuE8 If you set that up on each ticket you’ll end up with Qty dropdown that go up to whichever value you set in them and the user can select any of each ticket types. Is that what you are looking for? |
