I want to make an EVENT for a camp… the camp will be 3 weeks… students can register 1 or 2 or 3 weeks camp
And registration is for 2 age groups 5to 8 and 9 to 14
So a person can register for 2 weeks for 9-14 years
How can i do that?

Hi there,
These types of setups are often a little more complicated than they sound 🙂
Each time you need a type change (be it price or age in this example) you need a different ticket type, so first, are these paid tickets and is it a single price or multiple price types?
When you say they can register for 1, 2 or 3 weeks is that any combination of those weeks or will it be first, second or third week?
The way I suspect this will need to be set up is using 3 datetimes (1 for each week) and then you’ll need 2 sets of tickets (one ‘set’ for age 5-8 and another ‘set’ for 9-14) but what those sets consist of depends on your ticketing requirements.
For example, you may have:
Week 1 – Age 5-8
Week 2 – Age 5-8
Week 3 – Age 5-8
If you limit the registrations to 1 child at a time that would the full ‘set’ needed, for 2 weeks the user would select week 1 + week 2 for example.
Or you can have:
Week 1 – Age 5-8
Week 2 – Age 5-8
Week 3 – Age 5-8
Week 1+2 – Age 5-8
Week 2+3 – Age 5-8
Week 1+2+3 – Age 5-8
It depends on how much control you need over pricing and registration limits.
If you can answer the above and give me a breakdown of how you want registrations to work I can see what the closest setup we have in EE is for that set up.
