Hello, we are having following issue the calculations add on check when we use the “Extra Cost” of €4,20 (Netto) in Backend we added with your advised the calculation the amoutn € 4,201 but it calculates when adding one ticket without the extra fee the ,01 in the end. Sorry again that was a bit confusing written. So we have one ticket with no extra fee & and one with a surcharge. It looks all okay till check out then it suddenly adds 0,01 cent to the final amount.

Hi there,
From the above screenshot, I can see there is a tax of 19% tax added to the prices and the 19% of 187.40 is 35.606 but as the decimal is set to show only up to two digits it is showing 35.61 as an average price.

Also, if you edit the price through the ticket card itself, you can set decimals as normal there: https://tinyurl.com/23ptr4vh
Click on the price to edit.

thanks for your reply. So i did it and it now looks like this but we cant use it that way. It looks like hundred thousand euros and its also showing different amounts for what should be the same price: https://prnt.sc/K7b6AiDSZNmN

Click on the price to edit.

Hi Martin,
I’ve checked the website and can see that you are using an older version of the plugin. Can you please update the EE plugin to the latest version 5.0.19 to see if it is working for you?
Also, please make sure to update all the ee plugins to the latest version.

We need to look more into this issue, can you fill the form so we can see. Btw, is the problem happen on all your event or just that event? Were you able to replicate issue, if you create new event?
