This was working, and all of a sudden is not. Our events are set up through October 10th but on the website it is only showing MAY and no way to arrow up or back. Please Help. this is very important especially since it is a holiday weekend. I am not the developer but will do whatever I can to try and fix for out business. Website is Montaukparasail.com

Hello,

I replied to someone about your website earlier today via email.

It appears that your install of Event Espresso is incomplete as a stylesheet is missing which is then causing the buttons to not appear.

Try removing Event Espresso 3 and re-installing a fresh copy from your Event Espresso account page:

Hello, if you are comfortable with using the WordPress dashboard, then this is something that you can do on your own and here are the steps.

Download the latest version of your Event Espresso 3 software from your account:

Now login to your WordPress admin and go to Plugins. Locate Event Espresso in the list of plugins and deactivate it and remove it.

Then from the Plugins screen in the WordPress admin click on Add New –> Upload. Then browse to the zip file that you downloaded from your account. Select it and begin the upload process and allow it to complete.

You can activate Event Espresso after it has finished.

If our team did a re-install, then the steps would be similar to what I’ve shared above.

This is not something I can do myself. My developer is not in area. Can I have your support team please help me today? This is a very time sensitive issue and we have been down since Friday. Please advise how to proceed.

Please double-check that the login for the WordPress dashboard works and if you are not sure about a field, then enter N/A or note sure. At minimum, we’ll need a working admin login for the WordPress dashboard for your site to troubleshoot this from our end as we cannot access your site without that information.
