I’ve added the calendar add-on to the site and included the shortcode [ESPRESSO_CALENDAR] to the calendar page, though the page is showing up as a post: http://creativecommunityctr.com/calendar/. Why isn’t the calendar view displaying? I’m assuming it might be in my settings but I can’t locate the issue. I have the /calendar page set as the Event Listings URL. Thank you!
By default, the /events/ page is reserved for the event listings page and is also a virtual page so it won’t be affected by a page created with a similar slug. If you have changed it to /calendar/, then Event Espresso will use that page for the event listings page.
Create a new page with a different slug (e.g. events-calendar) and then add the following shortcode and publish it:
[ESPRESSO_CALENDAR]
You could then add that page to your website’s navigation menu through Appearance –> Menus if you do not want to use the default events listings page.
