I purchased EE3 with the calendar template addon, but I can’t open it…and I would like my calendar to look like a 30/day layout. How do I go about doing that? |
Hi Miriam, Are you having trouble installing the calendar? If it is already installed and activated, then you can add the following shortcode to a WordPress page to display it: [ESPRESSO_CALENDAR] — |
Lorenzo…i did install the calendar. I used weebly drag/build for website and installed wordpress and the ee plugin. When i published my website, if you click on the calendar page, it goes to a wordpress blog page…..not a calendar. I had to remove the calendar page from the website till i get this figured out. |
Hi, Weebly and WordPress are two different publishing platforms. Where is this link being used? — |
I would like the calendar to show up on my website. Like I said, I used the weebly drag and build for the website, hosted by IPage. Ipage support suggested I use the wordpress plug in Event Esresso for the calendar as they did not have one that would be interactive. So I used WordPress for the calendar portion of the website. There was a link on my site for “calendars” but it took people to a wordpress blog instead of the event espresso calendar. Not sure how to make it all work correctly. |
Hi, Could you post a link so I can see where this is being used? — |

http://www.thechilledpalette.com/calendar/ Also, I realized when I attempt to access the settings for the plugin “Event Espresso – Calendar”, I get a page that states I do not have the appropriate permission level to access this page. Thanks for your help so far! |
You may be using the EE3 calendar with EE4. Double-check that you are running the software for EE4. The version should be: EE4 Events Calendar v3.0.0.reg — |
So we installed the ee4 version and it now works! My other question now would be when I create a ticket for an event, the “sell until” dates keep defaulting to the “goes on sale” dates. I keep changing the date and updating the event, but it keeps changing back to the wrong date. |
Is Event Espresso 4 update to date? The current version is 4.2.4. — |
yes it is. It seems like every time I edit an event, it changes the time on another event, and the “sell until” always changes |
You should be able to adjust the ticket datetimes as needed. The exception is if you have already sold tickets and processed registrations. Then Event Espresso will archive the existing ticket and create a new one with your changes. Could you try creating a new event and then adjust the ticket dates? Do they still revert? — |
Lorenzo, I’ve tried to adjust the tickets…none have been sold so that’s not the issue. I’ve also tried to create new events with correct dates, but again, it reverts back to today’s date. |
Hi there, Could you please create a temporary WordPress admin login so I can take a closer look at this issue? Please share that temporary login through the secure link below: To prevent delays in troubleshooting, be sure to double check your information on the form before submitting. The submit button for the form appears after you have answered “Yes” to the last question. Thank you. — |

Just sent the form in |

I’ve tried to resend the form…it won’t let me….I had entered the incorrect user name….it should be thechilledpalette@gmail.com. Everything else is correct |
Thank you. I’ve replied privately with more information. — |
