Calendar problem

Hi

This is an issue I raised before that is still causing problems. Please see attached screenshot of the calendar obscuring the top portion of the editing area https://www.dropbox.com/s/zwskdrht72z6aho/calendar.jpg?dl=0. I think the problem is that it’s being viewed on a small screen laptop with screen res too low (maybe for easier reading?). Do you agree, or is there another explanation?

Any advice appreciated!

Hi Joe,

I answered your question back in January and you can solve this by moving the ticket editor box to the left column. The right side column is too small for the ticket editor so that particular editor shouldn’t be moved to the right. Are you having some trouble with moving the box back to the left column?

Hi Josh

Yes, I’ve no idea what you mean… sorry, on my own set-up I cannot even replicate the issue. This is only a problem for my client (her screenshot), and so it’s extremely difficult for me to trouble-shoot… she asked me for the login to this support thread so she could communicate directly with you. Is that a possibility, or can she have her own login?

You should be able to help here with the information I’ve given you here. You can even replicate the issue by logging into the WordPress site, and clicking-dragging the datetime editor over to the right column. Once you understand how to click and drag a metabox and move its location within the page, you’ll be able to help your client.
