Hi, I’m migrating from EE3 to EE4. I’ve updated everything and disabled all other plugins. The calendar works with twenty fourteen theme, but not twenty sixteen or genesis/awaken. Thanks!

Hi Annie,

Can you try this? You go to edit the ee-calendar page, remove the short code, then save the page. Then you add the
[ESPRESSO_EVENTS] short code back onto the page, then save. I can see that the short code is getting parsed in the html source, but no calendar Scripts or styles are loading. So there may be an issue with the post short code tracking, which is something that’s stored in the WP options table.

Hey Josh,

[ESPRESSO_EVENTS] worked fine, but I was trying to use [ESPRESSO_CALENDAR].

I deleted/reinstalled the calendar plugin and now all is good.

Thank you for your time! 🙂

Hi Annie,

I tried to start a registration and I did not see the registration form.

Could you try turning off the bot trap option?

It can be found in Event Espresso –> Registration Form –> Reg Form Settings –> Enable Bot Trap.

Here is an example:

Does the registration checkout then work for you?

Hi Lorenzo,

My problem was with simply displaying the calendar (which is a non-issue). Registration was never an issue.

Thanks!
