My customer keeps calling me saying her sites will not load to many customers. They call and say they get the spinning circle and the calendar never loads. Happens on all browsers…phone and laptops.

Hi Dorian,

I’ve just looked at the sites on your account and the Calendar is working as expected for me.

If this is still happening for you, can you link me to a page this is happening on please?

Hi, I opened the link that was provided in several major web browsers including Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and Opera and it loaded immediately without any delays or errors.

Could you ask those registrants if they are running a current web browser?

http://browsehappy.com

Also, I didn’t see this mentioned but are you able to duplicate the issue?

She asked a customer today and the customer said she is reporting her to groupon for her site not working.

I have not been able to. Her other locations call her telling her customers call as well complaining. Frustrating!!!

Hi, sporadic issues are difficult to troubleshoot when we can’t reproduce them. Who is the web host?

Also, were there recently any caching services or caching plugins such as WP super cache or W3 total cache activated on the site?

Hi,

Do you know what browser the user who reported the issue is using? From my tests your calendar is working fine, so I can only assume they are using an older browser such as IE7.
