My client informed me this morning that their events calendar was missing. Sure enough, I checked and it is simply gone. I had recently updated to the latest calendar plugin, but it was working last week. What is really strange is that the calendar is also missing on their old demo site that I had set up for them a couple of months back as I was working on their new site. I haven’t touched that site for a month or so now, so the plugins on that site are outdated, yet the calendar is also missing there, which leads me to believe there is a higher-level problem with EE. Please let me know what my next steps should be. Thanks!
Also, I’ve noticed that on some support forums for the EE Calendar, it shows “Support staff content cannot be viewed without the necessary product purchases”, however I am able to download my EE4 Calendar add-on purchase. Could this be an issue?
We don’t know. When Lorenzo went to view the calendar on your site it was there. We are not aware of any issues with the calendar currently.
Perhaps another plugin/the theme had conflicted. If there was a JavaScript error somewhere it could easily stop the calendar from displaying.
If the issue returns, please advise us immediately.
