I noticed that upon updating some of the plugins, the Event Espresso 3.1.37.1.P reflects “not active.” When I go to click activate, it does nothing.

It attempts to direct the page to – http://www.newfieldclub.org/wp-admin/plugins.php?action=activate&plugin=event-espresso%2Fespresso.php&plugin_status=all&paged=1&s&_wpnonce=96bfde3782.

Hi,

The link above is what is shown for the Activate link for the plugin, it’s similar for all plugins and nothing seems out of place with it.

Are there any errors shown?

Have you tried disabling all other plugins and tried activating Event Espresso on its own to see if that work?

I purchased the upgrade to the 4.x version. All extension plugins that were under 3.x and less now reflect “activate” status.

Nothing happens when this link resolves — http://www.newfieldclub.org/wp-admin/plugins.php?action=activate&plugin=event-espresso-core-reg%2Fespresso.php&_wpnonce=f1f50fe2bd.

I had to manually download from your website and install the 4.x zip file. Nothing happens when click activate.

What are we missing? I have live events today and members looking for the details? Are you hosting all the data b/c I cannot find it on our end or your sit?

Please advise.

Thanks,

David

Hi David,

It turns out we don’t host your data. All of your data is in your WordPress database.

Can you check your WordPress plugins page and make sure that you only have one version of the main Event Espresso plugin activated?
