When customers hover over the event in the Calendar, the details show the shortcode in the page (which can’t be removed for proper display). How can I prevent this?

Hi, thanks for sharing that screenshot. Those are not from Event Espresso. Is that another plugin that is in use, and it appears normal on the Event Page but shows the raw shortcode through the Calendar?
Those shortcodes are built into the theme and work display events properly on the event blog. The EE calendar does not seem to know they are shortcodes.
Since the calendar does not strip the shortcode, I guess I will turn off the hover for now.
