Hi! I am trying to set up a site for a client. I have set up an event with 7 recurring events (so, 8 events in total). The course starts on the 19th February and runs for 8 weeks through to 9th April. Week 1 has registration open, but weeks 2-8 have registration closed as this is a course run over a number of weeks and participants cannot register past week 1. You can see the event listing here > http://joyfulparenting.org/eetest/ When I display the calendar (http://joyfulparenting.org/eecalendar/) the events are listed +1 day – so the event on the 19th February is displayed on the 20th February calendar entry, and so on. The links from the calendar back to the event work correctly though (i.e. click on the event on the 20th February, you get taken to the event page for the 19th February). I am running WP3.8, EE version 3.1.36.2.P and calendar version 2.2.1.p Many thanks! |
Hi Deni, I checked the calendar and it’s displaying the events on the right day for me. I’m using the Google Chrome browser, so maybe it’s not working right if it’s a different browser. Can you go to and send your browser details to support@eventespresso.com so we can investigate further? Thanks! |

Hi! I’ve sent the email along with my email (babs@executive…) as I am Deni’s developer. I am also located in the UK. Could that be throwing things out by 1 day due to the time difference, even although the WP set-up and calendar set-up are set to the same PT time zone? I guess as long as local people can see the events on the right days then that’s the most important thing! |
You’re spot on about the timezone difference, and this is an issue that we’ll be releasing a fix for. We refactored a bit of code in the last release of the calendar add-on to fix an issue with some date/time comparisons and need to make a few tweaks to fix this issue. Thanks for reporting! |

That’s great. Thanks for confirming the issue, Josh. You can consider this topic closed and I’ll look out for the new release. |
Hi there, The new release is posted that has the fix. (version 2.2.2) |

Thanks Josh. I’ve updated and the calendar is now displaying correctly. |
Hi Deni, Thanks for letting us know I’ll mark this thread resolved, if you do have any further issues please do let us know 🙂 |
