Hi there,
Can anyone confirm if the Promotions and Discount Codes is capable of offering Buy One Get One Free via promo code/or sitewide, and if so how is it configured?

Hi Marc,
The promotion codes work on a per-event basis. So if you want a promotion code to work for all events, you’ll need to make sure that all the events are selected in the promotion code settings.
There is no specific BOGO coupon type, that is a 50% coupon, right?

Hey Garth,
Thanks for the info. It’s not quite the same as 50% coupon as that would allow users to purchase a single ticket, whereas I believe our customer want’s to give free ticket with a purchase. Is there maybe a way to set a rule?… for example: 50% only valid on 2 tickets or more? Or something similar?

Hi Marc,
I wouldn’t use a promotion code for that situation. I’d use:
Ticket Bundles: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/create-ticket-bundle/
That way they can include a second ticket for the price of one if they want.
