My visitors want to be able to login into their account and purchase further tickets under different names. I have Event Espresso – WP Users (EE4.6+) and I have allowed for user to change their primary name without it affecting their login details. Although when they purchase a ticket under the new name the new ticket does not show up in their account. |

In addition to above, I have ‘Always sync contact information with WP user profile?’ set to no so a user can login and change the initial details to the new name without it affecting their login details. |

Hi there, This is actually expected behavior of the Event Espresso 4 WP users integration add-on because only tickets registered in their name will show up in the account. They’d have to have an account for each name, then log into the other account, to be able to see the other registrations for other names. |

My current setup allows a member to purchase several tickets for different names and then receive tickets for each name. But if they login at a later to purchase more tickets for a different person, they do not show in their account. Is there a way to get round this without having to create multiple accounts? |

No I’m afraid there isn’t a way to get around this. The user account shows only tickets that have the user’s name. The other attendees have different Attendee IDs. |

But in my event site a person can create an account and buy several tickets with different names and they all show in the account, but if they login in again to buy more tickets, those extra tickets do not show in the account. It seems a little strange that a member only has a one time opportunity to buy tickets for other people. As a member they don’t necessarily want to go to the event themselves but are buying them as a gift for somebody else. The ticket must have the person who is attending on the ticket. This seems like a fundamental issue with the system. |

I’m afraid the system was not designed to list registrations for other attendees, and the member does not have a one time opportunity to buy tickets for other people. They can buy tickets for other people, but there isn’t a means for those other tickets to be listed as one of their own registrations. They belong to the other attendees. |
