Hi, we’ll need more information to help you with this issue.
Are there any errors on the page if you inspect using a tool like Chrome developers tools or Firebug?
Does the issue continue when only Event Espresso is running?

when i logged In with different Email id, and process to registration,
It does not work(not clickable).

When i click on paypal button (in sandbox mode),
Its shows “shopping cart is empty”.

Hi, are you currently or were you recently using any caching plugins?
Have you tested with only Event Espresso running to rule out a conflict with another plugin?
