I need to solve this problem. A company must enter the course participants , paying the entire amount of members and fill the entire forms of attendees. I need to set the data of company in the the form first! After visualize all the names of the participants (attendee).
1) Company Data ( name, city, VAT Number, Phone, email ) excluded from payment amount, because the company pay for all members. It would also need you to think about building a form with conditional logic , that can help to make different choices ( Personal subscription / Company Subscription ). Event Espresso have some chances to develope in courses and training plugin, but it need conditional logic or capability to build a form before subscribe attendee… Someone can help me? Please… Thanks! |
Hi Tomespresso, You can set up a Company Data Question group and assign the Company Data question to that group. You can also re-order the question groups so that the Company Data group appears first. Then, in the Event editor, you check the checkbox next to Company Data in the box that’s labeled “Questions for Primary Registrant” only. While Event Espresso 4 does not have a conditionally logic forms feature, you can add your voice to the roadmap: https://trello.com/c/vEShUtBA/24-add-on-conditional-logic-registration-forms |

Maybe Ok, but how to exclude first registrant to payment amount? |
|
And yes, i need to have all the attendee data collected. |
Hi Tom,
You actually do not exclude the first registrant when capturing the Primary attendee. Here’s a rough outline of the registration form to help explain a bit more: Primary attendee questionsCaptures information for both the primary attendee and the company contact that is making the registration. Additional attendee questionsCaptures information for the additional attendees only. This section will display if more than one ticket quantity is selected. |
