Business Site Licence

I have installed EE4 on domain http://www.mediateaustralia.com.au and have the site licence key attributed to that domain but I am getting a notice saying an automatic update is not possible because “You need a valid Site License Key to enable automatic upgrades. Your current membership level does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain.”

Thoughts?

Hi,

I’ve just reset your Support License Key. In a few minutes, you’ll receive a confirmation to your email address on your Event Espresso account.

If you are using Event Espresso 3, please login to your WordPress admin and locate Event Espresso in the admin menu. Then click on General Settings. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and locate the area for Support License. Now copy the existing key. Then erase the existing key and click on Save Options. After the page refreshes, scroll back down to the Support License area and paste your support license key and click on Save Options.

If you are using Event Espresso 4, please login to your WordPress admin and locate Event Espresso in the admin menu. Then click on General Settings. Copy the existing key which appears at the top of the page. Then erase the existing key and click on Save on the right side of the screen. After the page refreshes, please paste your support license key and click on Save once more.

These steps will refresh your Support License Key for Event Espresso.

Thanks #Lorenzo, I did what you suggested and it worked; however, no that I require to install a further update the program has come back.

It seems the previous update has caused the same problem.

Now, when I follow the instructions the key icon next to the Site License field stays red and the update cannot be installed.
