Business License Support – should I request a license key reset?

I have EE3 Business license that should include support until Sept 2015. My developer wants to make an update to version 3 but it shows my support license is expired. Do I need to request to have my support license key reset?

Hi Alison, your support license is active through September 25, 2015.

I’ve reset your support license key and you should receive a confirmation email shortly.
