Bulk Delete Transactions

Hello,

Is there a way to bulk delete transactions? We would like to clear out past Registrations (to keep CSV downloads clean) and to do so requires selecting each transaction and deleting the payment. Is there a quicker way of doing this? I would reset everything but I don’t want to loose all the other customizations.

Alternatively, can we select a date range (Example: all registrations since January 1, 2017) for the CSV download?

Currently we do not have a quicker method to deleting transactions in bulk.

You can’t filter a range, but you can filter each moth.

If you go to Event Espresso -> Registrations.

Select January 2017 in the filters and then click Filter – http://take.ms/okyt3

You will see a list of registrations for Jan, at the bottom of the registration list is ‘Filtered CSV Report’ button, clicking that will export the current filtered selection.

Will that work?

Thank you for your reply.

That won’t work for our application. Our client is running summer camps and wants to download all registrations starting from a certain date. A workaround I found is to assign a new 2017 category and the registrations can be filtered via that category.

If possible in the future, it would be great to have the ability to import/export specific EE settings and to delete only transactions and registrations.
