We have a Bundle ticket set up for an event but we’re seeing a bug related to Ticket Notices.
For one bundle purchase the system send a ticket notice with 2 tickets in one link. This worked as expected.
For another purchase the system only generated one ticket in one link and sent that message only one person. when we manually send the ticket notice both people receive the exact same message (message contains name of only one registrant).
Can you help us look into why this is happening and where the missing ticket pdf is.
Hi, could you share feedback on how registrations are being handled for the event?
For example, is this a single guest entering their contact information in?
Or is this the primary registrant + another person’s contact information.
If it is the option mentioned above, then the primary registrant will receive all of the tickets and the additional registrant will receive access to just their ticket.
We have also noticed other strange things with this particular registration.
So to clarify: All bundle recepients receive an email with their tickets.
This registration, the primary registrant did not receive an email, and when sending manually they are sent the email for the 2nd registrant (not primary)
Thanks for sharing more information. When information is collected for each guest, then you’ll see a count for each registration (e.g. 1/2, 2/2).
Could you double-check that you are re-sending the details for the primary registrant and not one of the additional registrants?
