We only use Braintree and this was the first customer 🙂 We should have more customers coming in over the next few days as the event flyer just went out last night.
So to fix that specific registration, you can click the checkbox next to the 2 registrations (not the image shows ‘1/2’ so theres another part of the group)
Then in the ‘Bulk actions’ dropdown select ‘Approve and Notify Registrations’, then click apply – http://take.ms/vnUw2
The ‘Notify’ option also triggers any messages the user should receive, in this case that’s the ‘Registration Approved’ messages.
If this continues to happen on more registrations we’ll need to investigate this further on your site so please do let us know if this happens again.
I believe this may have been resolved when we fixed our messaging problem. Since the messages weren’t going out, this piece may have gotten “stuck” as our subsequent registrations have been completing successfully now. The fix for the messaging was implemented between the first registration and subsequent.
