Hi there,

That error normally means the credentials you have entered within the Braintree payment method are incorrect.

Can you go to Event Espresso -> Payment Methods -> Braintree

Double check that your Merchant ID, Public Key and Private Key are correct.

Are you currently using Sandbox or Production keys?

The exception being thrown means your receiving a HTTP Status code 403 Forbidden which means Braintree is declining your request, usually due to incorrect API credentials (usuaing Production details in Sandbox mode or vice versa) or the request to Braintree doesn’t have the details.

The Braintree add-on uses JS to pull in the additional fields, your theme and the shareaholic plugin are throwing JS errors which may be prevent the payment method from working – http://take.ms/vaMVn

If you temporarily switch to a default theme such as TwentyFourteen (or just preview the theme from within Dashboard -> Appearance -> Themes -> {theme} -> Live preview) do you get the same issue?

i got the error fixed, it was an issue with the user account setup for braintree.

Can you please remove the link to my site posted on the 14th.
