I’m sorry for the trouble. I’m unsure why your account was not properly configured. After you purchased with PayPal, did it send you back to EventEspresso.com with a verification message and ask you to create an account? Any issues with that along the way? I’ve manually updated your account so you should have access to the downloads and support you need now. Let me know if I can do anything else for you.
