We are using Memberpress plugin as well as Event Espresso. Memberpress plugin has a feature of Corporate account where Corporate admin can add its sub-users.
We then need a feature where the Corporate admin would be booking events on behalf of its sub-users. But when we try to do so, the Event Espresso plugin is not allowing to do that. Its throwing an error, “You have entered an email address that matches an existing user account in our system. You can only submit registrations for your own account or for a person that does not exist in the system. Please use a different email address.”
Can someone help?

You can disable the above check by adding the second snippet here on your site:

Note that registrations added by the corporate admin for other users will NOT show up in the ‘My Events’ section of the WP User integration add-on with this set up.

One more thing I would like to ask is, while booking for multiple users, there is only one edit option. I mean we can not add information of all the users that we are booking events for. Is there any option we need to enable so that we can add information of all the users that we are booking events for?

It sounds like you need to set question groups for additional registrants on the event.
Edit the event(s) in question and set the question groups you require on the ‘Additional Registrants’ section.
It is the bottom section shown here:

Then when you register onto the vent EE will request details for the Primary Registrant and any additional registrants.

Thank you for the reply and yes that is exactly what I was looking for. I just need some more guidance from you. May be last query for now.
I have purchased SMS reminder plugin for Events Espresso. But I can not select the field for the phone number. I have phone number field in the registration form but its not showing in the dropdown. Can you please assist?

Hi there,
As that is not one of our add-ons you’ll need to contact the author of the add-on as we don’t provide support for 3rd party add-ons and I have no idea how that plugin is pulling (or at least trying to pull) the EE event questions in.
