Blank Screen & Name Error

We’re having issues with our Event Espresso plugin. During the checkout process, clients are getting an error for the name field and others are getting to the end of the registration process and landing on a white screen. Please advise.

Hi there,

Does your website have the latest version of EE4? (currently v. 4.9.23.p)

If so, you can go to Event Espresso > General Settings > Admin Options, then set Encode Session Data? to Yes. This should help as long as your server supports encoding the session data.
