Greetings, I have a user who is unable to pay because their registration checkout page is blank. The transaction info, receipt, and invoice all look good. It is just their link to pay does not appear to work. I will attach a good and bad link for reference. |

Hi there, Does the transaction for the registration that is not working have a payment assigned to it that is more than the value of their ticket registration? |

Greetings Tony, Yes, it does. The ticket is $345.00 and there are two additional items listed (added by the price modifier plugin) one with a total of $66.58 and the other a total of $50.00. That brings the transaction total to $461.58. There is a credit payment listed for $386.58 which I applied from rolled funds from the previous year. The remaining balance for the user to pay is $75.00. On a side note, it looks like the “Download PDF” button when viewing the invoice or receipt no longer works. It says “There has been a critical error on this website” when clicked. Visually the receipt and invoice look fine. Passing on in case this was reported with any recent updates. |

One thing to note… The working link I provided also has an item added by the price modifier plugin but the credit happens to be less than the base ticket. |

That’s going to be the problem here. EE checks the current registration’s amount owed and whilst the transaction has monies owing, the payment within that transaction is equal to or grater than the amount owed by the registration, so then as far as SPCO is concerned there are no registrations with monies owing to display. (The price modifier add-on adds line items in relation to the transaction so it will still show monies owing) I can’t think of a workaround for this so have requested some feedback from one of our developers to see if there is currently anything we can do or if we’ll need to change some of the logic within core. |

Greetings Tony, You were correct in relation to the fatal error around PDF downloads. It is being caused by a plugin titled “Responsive Timetable For WordPress” which is on my list to replace as the developer support has been horrible. I will work on that as soon as I can. Let me know what you find out on the core issue when you find out from your developers. In the meantime, I can use the PDF invoice to have this person pay directly. |
Just noting, we have confirmed the above and have an open ticket for it, it’s going to require some changes to the logic within the plugin itself so not something you can fix your end currently. |

Thank you, Tony. Let me know if I need to loop Aparna in for any changes she may need to make on her end for the price modifier plugin. |
