When my manager exports All Attendee Data the spreadsheet is blank. She’s been able to export it successfully in the past but now can not. How can this be fixed?
Are you using EE3 or EE4? Is the manager logging is at the site admin? Has anything changed since the manager was last able to export a spreadsheet correctly?
We are using EE3, nothing has changed. She is not logging in as a site admin but as a manger (I’m not sure of the correct term). She has access to some but not all of EE.
What’s more than likely happened on your site was the server was running low on memory when the report was being generated. This can happen when there are a lot of active WordPress plugins, and a lot of attendees.
The memory on your server has been bumped up, which should help. If this happens again, it’s advised you contact your host and ask them if they can allocate more memory resources to your hosting plan.
