We have credit, etransfer, and invoice payment methods selected.
For credit, the user can input the billing name and info but for invoice and etransfer, it automatically makes attendee 1 the billing info (EX: “Bill to: Attendee 1”). Is there a way to ask the user for the specific billing info for invoice and etransfer so that the correct “Bill to” info is displayed on the invoice?
Currently, we don’t collect billing information for ‘offline’ payment methods such as Invoice.
The only way to collect billing information which could be output for both would be to setup another custom Question Group to hold the various question you want to ask for billing, this would need to be requested on the Primary Registrant for ALL registrations (so it would be input one regardless of the patent method they are using) and then edit the Ivoive template to always use the values from that section.
That does mean that people paying via card would still need to input that data into the registration form for it to work.
For the invoice, I see it currently is shortcodes:
Bill To:
[PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_FNAME] [PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_LNAME]
[PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ADDRESS]
[PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ADDRESS2]

In order to have the invoice show my new billing questions(Ex: Billing First Name & Billing Last Name), what would the shortcodes be?
