Hi, I wrote to you 09.01.2025 with pre sale question about Invoice for my company. My message was:
“Hi, I would like to buy your module but I don’t see fields to put me company billing details like tax number to receive invoice. There are only user name, first name, last name and email :(”
I didn’t get any response from you. I decided to buy the module and as I feared I got an invoice that only contains my name and surname! What does that mean? This is a company purchase and I need an invoice that will contain my company details, but there was no field in the form to fill it in!
I expect an answer. You write that you answer within one day, but I’ve been waiting for 5 days…

Hi Dorian,
I replied to both of your emails this morning. I did reply to your original email the same day you emailed us. Are you getting those emails?
Now that you have provided the company information, I can edit your account details and invoice details and add that information to your tax invoices for your tax records.
Please watch your email for those messages. Post here if you do not receive those emails and always check your spam folder in case the messages are being blocked.
