Is there a way for me to delete all the messages we’ve got stored? We’ve got like 6K and I was hoping there’s a way other than bulk deleting them page by page…
There’s a setting in Event Espresso > Messages > Settings where you can set Cleanup of old messages to 3 months, then click Update. Then, Event Espresso will start automatically deleting any messages over 3 months old. This will likely not delete all of the old messages instantly, as there’s a task scheduler involved.
From there, if you want to delete newer messages, you can go to the Event Espresso > Messages > Message Activity page, then hit the Screen options button where you can set the Message Activity pagination option to something like 100 (or more, or less). From there you’ll be able to bulk delete more messages per page.
