Hello, |

Hi there, Are both of those ticket types assigned to the same Datetime within the event? We currently don’t have a method to filter down based on the ticket type, you can filter the registrations based on the DateTime, but not Ticket so its going to be a little difficult to do this either way.
Possible, yes with some manually admin work. However, triggering 400+ emails from your site in a single step will likely trigger your hosts mail limits (mail servers usually have a limit on the number of emails you can send per min/hour/day to try and prevent spam blacklisting their server) so you’ll need to do this in batches. I assume the email sent to all of those registered onto each ticket type is the same? Meaning all presenters receive the same email and all attendee receive the same email?
Not for your situation. That add-on will trigger the same message for all registrations on an event or all registrations on the datetimes within an event, but not for specific ticket types. |

Hi Tony, |

Correct, you set up a batch email template with all of the details you want. Filter the registrations down and select the ones you want to trigger the message for then send the batch message, selecting the template you created a little earlier. So if using the above route, you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default Message Templates. Find the Batch message type and click the ‘Make Custom’ button. That will take you to an editor for a copy of the current template which you can customize. Give it a meaningful name and make any changes you need there, then save. Now go to Event Espresso -> Events -> {hover over event} -> Registrations. That will list all of the registrations for the event you hovered over. Select the presenter tickets, they may be spread across multiple pages in which case you’ll need to select any on the current page, trigger the batch message and then go to the next page and trigger and present ticket batch messages on their and repeat until done. Then do the same for the attendee with their own custom batch message. Does that all make sense?
30 is a safe bet, 50 is usually ok too. It’s all a guessing game because generally no details are posted about the limits. |
