Hi,
I’ve created a template for batch messages which sends fine using the test email feature. However trying to send one via the batch email button results in this error message:

The following error occurred while attempting to instantiate “EE_Admin_Page_Loader”:
The requested entity with Event ID=”1081″ was not found.
instantiation mode : 6) constructor EE_Registry – _create_object – 937
Any idea what I might be doing wrong?
David

Hi there,

Can you let me know what the status is for the event you are sending the batch message for?

Are you navigating to Event Espresso -> {Event} -> Registrations then triggering the batch messages from there?

Hi Tony,
I have just installed Sendinblue to handle our transaction emails & maybe I haven’t completed the setup as test mail is OK but I have I just got this error on another test with a batch email:
“Message was not executed successfully.
Messenger and Message Type were valid and active, but the messenger send method failed.
The email did not send successfully.
The WordPress wp_mail function is used for sending mails but does not give any useful information when an email fails to send.
It is possible the “to” address (d*****@aol.com) or “from” address (Northern Wine School ) is invalid.”

By the way the to & from addresses are valid

It is possible the “to” address (d*****@aol.com) or “from” address (Northern Wine School )

So have you removed the email from view or does it show (Northern Wine School )?

Go to: Event Espresso -> Messages -> Defautl message template -> Batch.

Change the ‘From’ section from [CO_FORMATTED_EMAIL] to [CO_EMAIL]

Save and retest another batch email, does it work then?

Hi Tony,
I seem to have sorted it. It was simply that the email address on our WordPress setting was not the one we were trying to send from! Sorry for bothering you with this one. Nothing to do with EE4 or SendinBlue!
David
