"Batch Message" Limited to 10?

When I want to send a batch message to a group larger than “10”, the batch message page only displays 10. (See image attached) If I go to page 2 and check all then only those registrants on that page are selected.

How do I lengthen the # of recipients per page or “select All” to send the message all in one batch?

Hi there,

Top right of the page you’ve shown in the screenshot you’ll see a ‘Screen options’ tab, click that.

There you’ll find a setting for how many Registrations to list, set a higher value there and save.

Note that your mailserver may have a limit on the number of emails sent per minute, hour, day, week. So careful with large batches.

You can load more registrations per page by clicking the Screen Options tab located on the upper right corner of that page, then adjust the setting for Pagination. For example, if you change the setting to 50, it will load 50 registrations per page.
