I am trying to send a batch email to people who registered for my event and I am getting the following message “An error has occurred:
No message was sent because of problems with sending. Either all the messages you selected were not a sendable message, they were ALREADY sent on a different scheduled task, or there was an error. If there was an error, you can look at the messages in the message activity list table for any error messages.” The individual confirmation emails send just fine, but the batch email is not going out. Please help.
How many messages are you trying to send in a single ‘batch’?
If you add a test registration to the event using your own email, then send a batch email to only that registration, does it work?
