The link to the backup instructions that you provided was not congruent with what I saw on my computer screen and I could not figure out how to use phpMyAdmin. This was a serious problem as I do not often backup manually so I did not know how to backup off the top of my head and I had to leave the site to go to another meeting leaving my EE in maintenance mode for about 2 hours until I could get back to it. It is now complete but I used Backup rather than phpMyAdmin. I have screen shots of what my phpMyAdmin looks like and can send them to you if you are interested.
Sure, if you can send them over I’ll take a look and see what we can do.
Using PHPMyAdmin is just one example, you just need to have a working backup of your database before you run migrations so whichever method you are familiar with is fine as long as it’s a working backup.
