Hi Marcio,
Your screenshot shows that a third party payment method is in use. Did you follow this guide for writing it and is it an on-site payment method or an off-site payment method?

Onsite options usually save the billing address while offsite options do not.
You may want to reach out to our developers for feedback to try to pinpoint why the information isn’t being saved. Be sure to include a copy of the payment method in your post here:
