Back up database and files before an update

I need help backing up my database and files before an update. My website is down in full maintenance mode.

We do not have access to your site. You will need to ask your webs host or use a plugin or something to do that backup.

You will need to run the migrations as instructed to get out of maintenance mode.

The backup is just a precaution in case something goes wrong during the data migration.
