I’ve made adjustments to an event and it caused duplications of the available ticket quantities. The capacity and available ticket numbers in the Event Espresso App are therefore out of whack (should be 100 minus current sales and it is currently 500+). How can I make the adjustments to the “Qty” section of the blocked out tickets? I am also open to manual edit in the database if that is the only way as the promoter is getting conflicting data on the app and I need to have it rectified. Thanks! |
You can edit the date time reg limits that appear above the ticket editor and use those to set the limit. You may also have some ticket reservations that are stuck. The screenshot you have indicates you have an older version of Event Espresso 4. You can update to the current version of Event Espresso 4, then go to the Maintenance > Reset page and click the button there that Resets the Ticket and Datetime Reservation counts. |

I am actually already on the most recent version of Event Espresso: The total approved reservation count is 15: However, the total sold count is displayed to be 9: In full disclosure, the actual total sold is 10, with 5 tickets manually registered and manually paid and approved. However, considering that payment was manually added, I would think it would still be considered “sold” |
There should be 15 in that Sold count, something isn’t right on your website. We can investigate further if you can complete the form on this page: |

Great! Thanks Josh. On another note, one guest seems to be mysteriously checked-in and then checked-out (may very well have been by the organizer on accident but they deny doing so). As a result, this is also reflected on the Event Espresso App. Not that it makes much of a difference, but is it possible to reset this checkin as well? |
Yes, you go to the Check-ins tab on the Registrations page, find the registration, then click view. Then you can delete the checkins on the view page. |
