The number of available spaces is now displayed on all events using EventEspresso 3 3.1.37.14.P We had the developers at EventEspresso eliminate displaying this a couple of years ago, but now it’s back.
Any assistance is appreciated.

Hi Mark,

That was something I added via a custom plugin. I guess maybe you’ve removed that custom plugin and that’s why it’s displaying again? Do you have any file backups of the site’s files?

I don’t remember removing the plugin, however, would it be possible for you to add it back in?

Hi Mark,

It would need to be rewritten if you do not have a back up. In any case to build and add something like what was there before you could purchase a support token and complete the form to redeem the token.

I purchased the support token. When rewriting. I would like to have the available spaces appear within a certain number of days before the class or if the available spaces is below 9.

Hi Mark,

These forums are public which means your credentials are now public.

I’ve removed them from the above reply but I highly recommend you reset the password on that account before moving forward, anyone who has visited this page in the last 24 hours now has access to your site.

Please reset the password and provide the new credentials using the secure form we provide.

With regards to FTP, we’ll need access to your server files which usually means FTP access. If you don’t have that information your host should be able to provide it to you if you request it from them.

OK the Available spaces is removed. If you can make a backup of the /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates folder on your site the customized templates can be restored in the event they are removed again in the future.
