I received the following error on my plugins page: “You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now”
I only have EE installed on one domain and when I check my account settings the License Key states it is for the correct domain that I am using.
Can you please check my account and delete a second domain if there is one inadvertently sitting there?
There is no other domain sitting on within your account, however we have had a few of these reports notices and are investigating the cause currently.
I have reset your license key.
Please go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.
Remove the license key (cut), save the settings, replace the key (paste) and save the settings once more. Be sure to check for whitespace before/after the key before saving.
You will also receive an email with these instructions.
