My EE3 license expired about 2 weeks ago and I’ve just jumped on the EE site and updated the license. I did this through the link provided in an email by EE and my account settings are showing the license is now valid until March 2016. Despite this I cannot update the version of EE through the automatic method on the site. It is showing the same error as before I updated, “A new version of Event Espresso is available. View What’s New with version 3.1.37.1.P. A valid Support License Key is needed to enable automatic upgrades…”
In the past I’ve not needed to do anything. Can anyone suggest a method I can get this working again? Do I need to reset me license key or install the new version via FTP?
Thank you, I did receive an email confirmation that the license had been reset. However when I’ve logged in here to the EE website to get the new license, the key doesn’t appear to have changed? Shouldn’t it be a different key now?
@Lorenzo has provided a new license key and removed the previous one, when we reset your license key the key will remain the same but is no longer assigned to a domain.
@morganleek I’ll mark this thread resolved, if you have any further problems just let us know 🙂
