I have a valid support key, everything is working well. However, EE and the EE add-ons I have are not showing up as needing to be updated, and I know updates are available as I see them on the download page when I log in to My Account. Any ideas?
I checked into this and the updates server hasn’t gotten a ping from your site since November 24, 2015. Was anything on the site or server changed around that date? New security plugin or changes to the server’s firewall?
Hi Josh,
The WP site is hosted by a third-party provider so I don’t have any control over that. What outbound port would the “ping” be sent on so I can be sure that it is open on their end?

The update engine uses whatever outgoing port is open for regular http requests (which is usually 80). We’re any new plugins added during late November last year?
The only plugin that was added was the one for Payflow Pro as I was the customer that had that plugin developed. I was still using the test version and just updated to the version that I could download from My Account (1.0.2p). Could that RC version of the Payflow Pro add on disable the auto update check?
No the RC version of the PayPlow Pro add-on isn’t capable of disabling the auto update check for Event Espresso core.
